A viewing of our work

On the 30th may we are going to be presenting our horror trailer to a theatre of students for feedback on what they liked what they believed we could have done better.

I have decided to make a teaser poster for our school to show a sneak peak of what they will be watching if they come. I believe this will make people interested in coming to the viewing and also people may think whether it is a genuine horror film or not, depending if they believe this will be a realistic teaser poster. I added effects such as the brush tool to blur out her eyes again and I have contrasted the colours to make her stand out. Ive only added simple text such as the viewing date and where. I have not included the title of the horror to keep it a secret for the screening and make the students anticipated on who the doll is and what is happening.

Location shots "church"

These are a few photos of the outside of the church which will be our first scene in the trailer to open up and show the audience where the actors are heading as we do a "swooping" down shot from the church onto the actors walking inside which i think is good because it shows our control of the camera and it is also an unsusual shot.

Location Shots "antique shop"

These are shots of the "antique shop"

we used this corner with lots of pink and girly stuff because the doll would fit in around the other props, also it is bright and colourful which could also be a reason why it attracted the girl (our character) to go over.
